How do you preserve skin texture?
We use advanced, non-destructive techniques like frequency separation. This allows us to correct color and tone separately from skin texture, ensuring we remove blemishes without creating a "plastic" or artificial look. The natural pores and texture of the skin are always preserved.
Can you change the background of my photo?
Yes. We can clean up the existing background, extend it, or perform a complete replacement. We can place the model on a solid color, a new scene, or a standard grey or white for e-commerce and headshots.
What file format should I send? (RAW, JPEG, etc.)
For the best possible results, we highly recommend sending unedited RAW files (e.g., .CR2, .NEF, .ARW). These files contain the most data for us to work with. However, we can also achieve excellent results from high-resolution TIFF or JPEG files.
What is your turnaround time for model retouching?
Standard turnaround is typically 24-48 hours for individual images. For larger batches, like an entire lookbook or campaign, we will provide a custom delivery schedule with your quote. Express options are also available.
